Yes we have a liquor license endorsement for Ontario,  Depending on the event and venue (and if it in Quebec) we may need to obtain a special occasion permit. Lets chat and figure out what works best for you.

We will provide a shopping list once we have our consultation to learn about what options you like to choose for your special event. If you are doing an SOP - there will be a cost saving for you to purchase it on your own. Of course we can also handle all that is needed.

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance!

The trailers need a foot print of 10x20. If we need to tow them into an indoor space, the Palapa Trailer needs a ceiling clearance of 10 feet. 

Speed of service depends on the number of bartenders available. Larger events may require a satalite bar station. We will discuss your needs and expectation in a consultation call. 

Yes, we can offer a daily, multi-day, weekly and monthly rental option. Email us for pricing.

Included is generic information about the days events and what drinks are available. We can customize the music in the trailer and the images on the screen to enhance your event. (Ie Slide show of Bride and groom). An additional cost may apply depending n how complex you would like to make it. 

Our customary practice involves arriving 3-4 hours in advance of each event, meticulously orchestrating the setup, delicately preparing fresh fruit, and ensuring the "libations" are elegantly presented on ice.

We have a few options for your consideration. We can also blend and customize as needed.

1. We can serve in disposable cups. From beer cups to champaign flutes, all is possible. 

2. Glassware. We can coordinate with a vendor to supply glassware for all the bar needs. This, of course adds a higher cost.

3. Reusable Souvenir cups. We can have them branded with our own logo, or given enough lead time we can have your details on the cups. 

Ideally,  we would like to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard 120V electrical outlet. But, rest assured, in the event that an electric outlet is unavailable, we come prepared with a backup generator (additional cost) to ensure seamless operations.

To secure your event date, a $500 deposit is required. A full refund of the deposit is applicable for cancellations made more than 120 days before the event date, 50% refund for cancellations beyond 90 days. Unfortunately, cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather, the host is responsible for providing a tent to cover the bar. We are happy to collaborate with your tent vendor to determine the suitable size; however, rain dates cannot be accommodated.
